Could be trans or engine mounts. Those would be the first two i would check.

i dont think it has anything to do with my engine or transmission. It is coming from the back of my car but still makes the front shake a little bit. I noticed that it started doing this right after i replaced a few light bulbs on my car. could this have anything to do with it? i dont see how it could make my car shake that much

I think It still could be one of the mounts, maybe the torque arm is loose?

Well, my buddy has a torque converter that was really screwed and that caused his car to do the rear shake at idle..
