Up-Shift light not lghting up?!?!?!

what could this be.....is it a possibility the bulb just went or something else. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

I'd check the lamp first, since that is most likely. The lamp has a constant 12VDC source from the INST lamp circuit, and the circuit is grounded by the ECM when a shift is due. You can check this by grounding the 'F' terminal at the ALDL connector with the ignition on:
