will try to do this myself this time. wondering how is the tune-up of '89 irocz 305 with 5 speed done. which one is done first and then what next? thanks for help info. was told by chevy dealer body shop, which replaced some steering column and ignition parts after an attempted irocz theft, that my irocz was running poorly (even stated only 6 cylinders are working instead of 8). hard to believe 'coz it still runs great; engine sounds great (no miss). but i know the egr valve has to be replaced which i was about to do a few hours before the attempted theft (rain stopped me from replacing it). anyway, will tune it up myself now that i got some tools to do it. thanks.

 

buy a manual and read it, or read a few tune up post here. if it's just PM sort of stuff, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, filters may be enough.
