Help! why do I have a code 32?

For the last several months, since I installed my TES headers, I have had my check engine light come on after about 15 min of highway driving. The car stumbles when I try to ease into the gas, but works great when I give 1/2 throttle or more. Could an 02 sensor that is not heating up enough cause this problem? My cats are gutted and the headers moved the 02 sensor further from the exhaust ports than their original position. How do I know if my EGR is bad? what else could be the problem? I get bad gas mileage. Any help would be appreciated.

Kyle

P.S. - I checked the archives and couldn't find what I was looking for.

Anybody? Please! Could an over-rich condition caused by a continuous open loop mode due to a failure of the 02 sensor to heat up properly cause unspent fumes to be recycled into my motor, causing it to bog?

All suggestions are desperatly needed!

Check out the O2 sensor out first. What does code 32 mean. I have a code book and scanner but its at my house and I don't remember. I will try to think of anything else that might be causing this.
