My main fan sounds like the Bearing is going out in it... Are the fans able to be rebuilt at all???

Or am I stuck with buying a new one??

What would you do/or have you done?

Good news on that, you can go to Advance or Auto Zone, probably any other parts store also, and get a replacement motor. Its a really simple swap.
