I am finding out what things should be done once the car has hit 165K KM. I don't think anything has had mait. since I got the car about a year ago. I changed the plugs and damn, they were worn right down. It was sick to look at. I have also changed the plug wires and dis cap and rotors. What else should I look into replacing? My car seems to have a bit of a rough idle at times, and each thing I have done so far has made it better. Is there anything else I should have done by this point?

Old oxygen sensor or fuel filter could easily give you a rough idle.. I would replace both of them, I guarantee if they haven't been changed in correct interval that you will notice a difference. You might want to try some fuel system cleaner as well. Get a K&N air filter
