Anybody using phase 2 bowties?

I have just bought a set of phase 2 bowties that have been ported. What do these heads generally flow? Will they work fine with my 355 buildup that has 10 to 1 compression, Performer RPM intake, and Crane XE274 cam? The engine will be in a 1986 firebird with a th350 with a 2800 stall and 3.73 gears. Do you think this will be good enough for 400hp?
