Whenever I turn my car either on or off (both) I hear a noise that sounds like a power antenna raising or lowring...but I dont have a power antenna (I dont even think our cars came with them at all) its not EVERY time I turn it on or off but damn near...just wondering what it could be...I cant even tell where its coming from

I had an '84 Z28 with a power antenna. Didn't work, though.
