Help...........wtf
Help...........wtf
I THINK I have a LO3 but I pulled the valve covers off and installed a set of com roller tip rockers. Well I noticed I had a oil leak at the front of my intake so I pulled it off. While I was in there I noticed I had roller lifers so I guess I have a roller cam as well. Did a LO3 come with roller lifters and a cam. Can someone tell me what motor I have? I can tell you that it's not the oringial motor but the block is somewhere around 88 to a 91. Someone please help.
Thanks for all the info

Obviously, the "L03" line can come off your signature now....
Look at the casting number on the rear ledge, and asw long as the intake is off, check the cam part number. It should be just behind the front bearing journal, and you may have to rotate the engine to read all of it.
Between the case number and cam P/N your should easily be able to determine what engine you have. If you can't read the cam P/N, you can measure lobe lift with an indicator and determine what cam you have by specifications.
