Car having a serious starting problem
... specificly it wont.
Ok basicly im now totally stumped. What has happened is as follows;
I have the rear of the car up for an axle swap and had the wheels spinning to make sure everything went in ok. Unfortunatly I forgot that i hadnt reinstalled the rear calipers onto the rotors and went to hit the brakes to slow the wheels down. Now obviously the peddle felt very soft as the rear calipers closed onto nothing, but as i pushed the peddle down the car stalled, and ever since i have not been able to get her to kick over.
The motor spins fine and fast and fuel pressure is constantly sitting at 41psi.
Do any of you guys know what i might have done? To me it soulnds like a power thing as fuel is there. Could i have damaged something attached to the peddle by push it in too far?
Any help of suggestions would be awsome!!

Sounds like you do have fuel, and air is usually not a problem, so the only major component to the "bang" thats left is the spark.
Check your wires and your coil connection, make sure those are good first off.

Not sure if this would apply here or not. Some years ago I had a problem with my 85 Z28 running crappy and couldn't figure it out. Everything was in place and looked good. One day I happened to do a good bleed of my brakes and took it out for a test drive, it ran like a champ. It seems that a mechanic had pulled the vacuum check valve out of the power booster cylinder while the engine was running and messed it up. Bleeding the brakes reset everything inside the power booster. Just a thought!!
