How do I know if I have "tall" valve covers?

A few years ago when I put in my 1.6 roller rockers, I got new valve covers. Good thing, because the rockers wouldn't fit under the stock covers. Now I am looking into getting valve stud girdles and they require "tall" valve covers. How can I tell if I indeed do have "tall" valve covers or if the ones I got are simply just a little taller then stock? How tall is "tall"?

IIRC:

Stock Valve Covers = 3.5" height.

Tall Valve Covers = 5" height.

Hmmmm, I don't think these covers are exactly 5" tall (I'm not in town to check for sure right now though)... I guess they must be a "squarer" version of a stock height then to fit the bigger rollers under then.
