well, i put my heads back on and put everything together and got the car to run. then when i went to put my msd box on, i noticed that the tach, speedo, oil, temp, voltage guage, and odometer don't work. they were working when i first tried starting her up, but stopped the moment i got her running. the lights work fine, but the guages don't move. i took off the msd box just to see if that would help, but it didn't. maybe i burned a wire or something? or forgot to connect something or blew a fuse? it's dark out and im tired so im going to wait till the morning to look at the car, but i couldnt see any burnt wires or anything out of the usual. thanks for the help guys

 

oh yeah, and for some reason, sometimes the car starts up fine, but then there are times that when i start it up, it'll just go "click" and thats it... gotta turn it off and try again a few times before it starts. could that be the starter, or something else?

 

k, fixed the guages. it was the fuse.

still wondering why the car sometimes starts up, and sometimes just clicks once and doesnt do anything. any suggestions?

 

if you're not gonna check your own fuses, I'm not going to check them for you.

 

lol look at the time i made that post... i was pretty tired, so i was going to check the fuse this morning - i did, and that was the problem. sorry... i guess it would have made more sense for me to look at it last night but i was so tired i didnt want to go back out lol
