Coolant Temperature switch? Where is this located? Could this be causing my stumbling issues?

If you are talking about the fan switch then it is between the #6 and #8 spark plugs on the passengers side head.
If you are talking about the gauge sending unit then it is between the #1 and #3 spark plugs on the drivers side of the block.
If you are talking about the coolant temperature sensor then the CTS is located on the front of the manifold near a hose fitting. Anything else would probably not give you stumbling problems. It has two wires going to it: 1 yellow and one black. Yes, it could most definitely cause your stumbling problem. Are you getting a check engine light. I chased a persistent CTS problem for about a year. The car generally ran like ****, real rich. I ended up replacing the switch and the wiring all the way back to the ECM. If you have questions or need a trouble shooting procedure, email me at irocbsa@mindspring.com. Good luck.

Nope, I'm not getting any SES lights but the CTS is what I'm looking at to replace. I guess it's the one located just above the waterpump housing near the manifold correct? Are they expensive? Wouldn't it throw a code if it was bad? The stumble is in the low RPM only.

THanks again.

yes it could throw a code 15 if it were bad, they are about 15$ and easy to replace.
