Fuel Lines?

I can't remember which is the feed and which is the return (larger and smaller ones)?
I've pinched them both off to check for leaking injectors, I still lose pressure.
I think the bigger one is the feed but please correct me if I'm wrong.

If you have pressure and watched the guage as you pinched both off and the pressure still dropped, either the fuel is leaking into the vacuum hose of the pressure regulator or the injectors are leaking (more likely)

There is no fuel in the vacuum line so it has to be injectors. The thing that gets me is I had these cleaned and flowmatched last year and it has still experienced the same problem.
I guess I'll get some new ones.
