Check the resistance of the sensor at a given temperature:

I dont have an OHM meter but I have a good scanner. Will that work?

Engine: LS6 & 383 charged stroker
Transmission: 6-speed & 5 speed
The scanner should work just as well. Compare the intake sensor with cts when engine cold and they should be same if engine is totally cold. Or go buy a meter.
