Car wont crank

When I go to start my car it won't even crank. Then if I wait about 30 minutes and try again it will. Could this be a fuse, or a bad wire?

Listen carefully for a click (under the car) when you turn the key. If there's no click then there's a wiring problem. If you hear a click but the starter doesn't turn then you have a bad starter solenoid (common with headers).
