I bought my '84 3.73/posi/disc for $150... depends on how lucky you get!

 

10 and 12 bolts can be found pretty in-expensively since they are very common. If you are talking about a Borg Warner Rear end, expect to pay over $300 if its complete with disc brakes and all that.
