90 RS...different?
I am looking at this 90 RS for my project drag car. I plan to put a 650 horse small block with a turbo 400 and a 9 inch. Is there anything different about a 90 RS that might stand in my way of doing these things? or are they the same as the rest of the thirdgen camaros like z28s and irocs?

They are the same, but 90 is the rarest year for Camaros, and if I were you I would fix it up stock, and drag your 85.
The only thing really hindering it is the overall construction and design. As long as you arent planning on using any stock, or stock style, suspension components. You will also need to think about a cage, etc. I am sure that if you are seriously planning a 650 hp motor, you have already thought of these things.
