Car: 99 Formula
Engine: LS1
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 342
Check Out These Emissions Readings!!!
Hydrocarbons = 832ppm
state standard 220 ppm
Carbon Monoxide = 7.62 pct
state 1.20 pct
Carbon Dioxide I actually passed 6.87 pct
What can I do to pass emissions, I ran my car for about 1 hour before testing except this time I didn't put in any alcohol on 1/4 tank gas, actually got slightly lower readings last time by doing this method but didn't help much.
Also I don't have a converter. Is there any way around this.

Lean the *** out of your carb and back down the timing, and if you're bored add some alcohol to the tank too...you need all the help you can get right now...
