how do you move the belt tensioner?

how do you move the belt tensioner?

ok i have to replace my alternator and ive run into a problem.how in the hell do you move that tensioner to get tension off the belt?thanks for the help.

Insert a 1/2 inch ratchet or breaker bar into the 1/2" receptical located immediately above the tensioner pulley.
