ok, i have an 87 iroc, t-5, 350, centraforce clutch... and for the 3rd time in 1 month, the slave cylender has gone out on me... i'm getting tired of having to take this thing off.... take it back, get a new one, put it on, have it work perfectly for about a week, then break it
. if anyone has any ideas why this is hapening, please, let me know...
any idea or experiences would be apreciated...

Tom K in the local club was having the same problem, same clutch, same trans, same deal. He ended up making a longer shaft for the slave cylinder, and made it adjustable no less. He also doesnt have that problem anymore. What you can do about it, I dunno... but it seems that something custom or a different clutch is the solution unfortunately. (Or a different throwout bearing?)
If you wanna email me I have a name of someone that would at least be interested in the problem. It seems to me its Centerforce related seeing as how you are not the only one experiencing this. Maybe its a throwout bearing deal... In any case, I'm sure he would like to know or knows about it.
