removing the spog pump

on my 84 camaro someone already unhooked the smog pump and just pluged the hoses i went ahead and pulled all that extra crap off when i installed headers. i noticed that there were 2 connectors that went into the smog pump is this going to make my car not run good or give the computer a bogus message or will it run fine i havent go my header on my other side so i havent had a change to see im just wondering

It should be fine. I did it to mine with no probblems at all.
