egr privisions ny inspection
i live in western ny and have read that for inspection purposes if it is a 73 model or newer and came with egr that it was required to keep on your vehicle in order to pass. I was wondering if what i read was correct or if there is other things that factor into all of that

in order to pass smog legally (73 and newer) all of your OEM emissions equipment needs to be hooked up and functioning properly.
