I still own my 1989 Formula WS6, but this is not about my firebird. I am about to buy a 1997 Lumina for $3000, which is really cheap. I am buying the car for my mother and I wanted to know if there are any tests that I can do to see whether or not the previous owner has blown the head gasket or screwed up the heads on it. I think he's been driving it while it's been overheating. If anyone has any suggestions that would be appreciated.
