Fuel Pressure Overload Safety Switch? WHERE?

My dad is trying to troubleshoot what appeared to be a bad fuel pump on my brother's 90 RS with the 3.1L MPFI.

The fuel pump relay is getting power but the pump is not, and all he can see inbetween them in the diagram is what he says is called a "fuel pressure overload safety switch".

Do you guys know where this is or have any tips as to where to look for the problem?

Thanks.
