Compression Ratio

Compression Ratio

I was wondering what the stock compression ratio for a late 60's i think it was 68' 327 sbc?

Depends....

The 2-barrel ones were about 8½:1, the base 4-barrels were about 9¼:1, the top 4-barrels like the L79 were near 11:1
