I have only one question, what is up with everybody having to pass emissions tests. In what cases do they make you take this test?

 

Emmissions policys vary from state to state. I'm sure there are plenty of states that don't have them too. Emmissions tests seem popular in and around big cites that already have smog problems.
I don't think they have emmissions tests in WI though.
Lasty for the record, my car won't pass a emmissions test worth a damn.

Louisiana doesn't have them. Not that I know of anyway. I pull up, give them papers, they change sticker and that's that.
