what is the ignition timing suppose to be set at?

what is the ignition timing suppose to be set at?
Bought a formula 350 tpi 1990 it doesn't have a veci sticker so i dont know what the timing is suppose to be set at.

I believe all the TPI cars factory spec is 6'. Also, i've seen a few SD L98 bins and they had 6' for the initial timing constant which would support my theory.
