Well here is some more info if anybody can help. When you speed up slowly the car will have little power and no POP. If I hit the gas then there is one loud POP and still no power. I have info on maybe a lean condition.....ANYBODY?

Well, sounds kinda like what mines doing, the pop on mine is detonation, (aka spark knock/ping/etc) Mine does it only when it;s cold, after getting hot I can floor it with just the hesitation. I either have a small gasket leak allowing unmeasured air in, or what I think the problem is is a plugged fuel filter. By how you described it I am not sure if they are the same. Mine does come up lean, and sometimes the car will stumble and nearly die, actually setting the lean O2 code.
It really can't hurt to change the fuel filter, the new one I bought says to change every 10,000 miles.
