Torque specs

Just got done pulling the TBI 305 out of my '91 camaro. Changing the head gaskets, rear main seal, and oil pan gasket. I need the torque specs for the heads, intake, harmonic balancer and the flywheel. (btw its an automatic i just forgot what that gear is called so I called it a flywheel.) Thanks
