Are Bosch Platinum+4 worth the money?

Are Bosch Platinum+4 worth the money?
I can't decide whether to get the AC Delco plugs, the regular Bosch platinums, or the Bosch Platinum+4. Any suggestions? Also, I heard that platinum plugs run hot-is that true?
