4 qustions, (Short & Sweet)

4 qustion

1) what rods can i use in a 305 stoker? ( 335 )

2) can i use 6" rods on a stock 305 engine or would the pistons hit the vales?

3) do olds 307 rods fit a chevy cranks and wrist pins?

4) how much more comp whould you see with .20 over, bore on a engine with with 9 to 1?

1.) Use either 5.7 or 6" rods. Just be sure to use the correct piston.

2.) See above.

3.) Not certain.

4.) If you mean .020" overbore, nothing worth noting.

I doubt that there's an off the shelf piston available for a 335 with 6" rods.
There are pistons for the 5.7" rod however.
There are also pistons available for the 6" rod 3.48" stroke (305) I'll bet they have a lot of dust on them though.
