Engine block code LG4 or L69?

Engine block code LG4 or L69?
I recently bought an 87 Camaro and I now find that the engine has been changed.
I looked thru the thread below and was able to determine that the engine is an 84 model 5.0L but was unable to determine if it is an LG4 or an L69.

I don't want this to throw you off but it does have a 5.0L HOP breather. Should be a good clue but I don't trust it.
Other info that I have:
-Code stamped on front of block pass. side is V1123SUJ with 1EL137717 stamped just below.
-Block casting number 14010201 and date cast K 22 3 (I believe Nov. 22, 1983).
-Int. manifold casting number 14057053.
I want to sell the engine as I have a 383 for it, just want to know a little bit more about what I'm selling than the fart that I bought the car from.

That block is from a 84 car, probably a F body, since it was built in Van Nuys. Of course, since it's not the car's original motor, who knows whether anything inside of it is original, i.e. whether referring to it as "LG4" or L69" has any meaning. No magic is left over from those moving parts having lived inside that particular piece of cast iron at some earlier point in its life.
Block and intake castings are the same for LG4 or L69. So are the heads. The differences are the pistons and cam.
Look inside a spark plug hole and see if the pistons are dished or flat. Beyond that, it probably doesn't make any difference what motor that block hosted when it was still in its original sheet metal.
