I usually scold them and punish them to with 3 hours in the corner, but it doesnt always work. I may have to try corporal punishment next time.

My solution for a bad ECM is to throw it on the ground, step on it, and put a new one in.

 

Well, if he is on the USS SAIPAN, then tie some small stuff to it and KEELHAUL it. Little saltwater will fix it, I promise!
