oil leaking from head gasket?

oil leaking from head gasket?

at the front drivers side cylinder i see oil looks like seeping from the head and the block. i pulled the plug and its fine i did a compression check, its fine as well. is it possible to leak like that? i guess its time for new headgaskets?

pretty much no chance in the world oil would leak from a head gasaket. there's no oil in the head, other than the drain back holes and that oil isn't under pressure.

Transmission: MD8 (700 R4) + 3.42 LS1 Rear
look to the very corner where the block head and intake meet. that is where your oil is coming from. you need too put a lil extra silicone in the 4 corners to help avoid the exact type of leak you are having.

hey you guys think that silicone from used breat implants will work?
I got access to some of them and was wondering it it would pretty guud.

No, that would be self-vulcanizing silicone sealant, not pure silicone lubricant. Thanks for the offer, though...
