20 degrees or less. I work on mine in our barn that is kinda converted to a garage. there is no heat or electricity yet, so i run a generator.

Ambient temps below or near freezing, and it's not worth the hassle of heating up the garage to work...tools and parts are still cold, plastic is brittle.

Yes, I'm a total panzy.

If I'm working outside, anything in the 40'sdegF or lower and I wuss out.

EDIT: unless I'm finishing an LS1 swap, in which case I thrash until my fingers go numb...now get out there and get your car finished!

The older I get, the less I do in the cold. I used to work on cars outside all year long. 110*, 20* whatever. Now I have a nice shop and if it's below 50* in there I go back in the house and watch TV. It's amazing what a few years will do to you.
