how bout this build?

want to keep it streetable, and wouldn't mind mid 12's without nitrous.

355~9.5-10:1 c/r
comp xe274
crane energizer aluminum roller rockers 1.5
dart iron eagle heads 200cc intake runners
holley street dominator intake
750 vs to keep it streetable.
hedman hedders lt's with h-pipe and true duals
dad has same heads and intake (out of the box) with a proform main bodied 750dp, custom ground solid lifter cam in the .525" lift range w @ 290* duration and 10.75:1 c/r. powerglide and 4.56's. same exhaust without h-pipe and he runs 11.8's all day long.

comments, suggestions, questions

700r4 w/ 2500-3000stall converter and 4.10 gears with my 28" tires will be used in my combo.

Looks like a great combo,i'd run the airgap intake from edelwho though, but hey if ya already got it there may as well use it.Not like its goin to make or break your motor.I hear those cams sound really mean

the intake, block, crank, rods, rocker arms i already have so. and the intake is proven to work well in street and race applications (got on on my 305 right now, has run as good as 13.75@100.54 and has excellent street manners, as well as my father has one on his 11 second car)

i think that with those heads and cam, i can still have a decent power maker and decent street manners. and it won't break the bank either.

My engine is real close to that depending on how our heads compare to each other. It is a great driver with great manners. Idle is good and torque is good.

if i can build a 700r4 that will hold it, then, yes! i would love to give him a whoopin. but if he had a 3spd (instead of the glide) i would probably get killed

specs on his motor:
350 4bolt .030 over
10.3:1 (was corrected last night, not the 10.75:1 i thought)
200cc iron eagle heads
holley street dominator intake
holley 750dp with proform main body
cam dynamics aluminum 1.5:1 roller rockers
custom ground solid lifter cam .532/.526 lift 288/292 adv. duration
hedman hedders longtubes

but he has a powerglide and 4.56's.
i have the advantage of the 700r4's 1st and 2nd gear plus 4.10's.

whataya think? you don't think it would run in the 11's, do you? car weighs 3400lbs w/ driver.
