General 3rd gen info

Hey, I'm looking for some general 3rd gen info. Its been awhile since I've looked at 3rd gens and I was thinking about getting one as a project. What motor/tranny combinations are there, and whats the best to get for a project? Which has the most potential if I'm aiming for low 13s or high 12s? Thanks!
