rebuilt motor sound
i just put in a rebuilt 350 into my car i put all new bearings and double checked that i tourqued everything down right. the car starts and idles fine but i cant give it gas or it dies...i think i still gatta adjust the feul and timing and valves but thats not my qustion...from the balancer and pully its making a ratling sound when the car is running and i just took a closer look at it today it looks like the pully and balancer arent on streight or something cause it wobles a little could that be the noise?

The first issue is most likely caused by a combination of timing and carb adjustment.
The ballancer is starting to slip off the rubber ring casuing it to wobble.
The rattling sound could be a number of things, could be the ballancer causing some odd vibrations, could be the timing chain has too much slack in it. There are too many different rattling sounds an engine could make to give any hard suggestions without hearing it first hand, fix the ballancer and work from there.
