i dont mean to keep bringing this up, but im sawpping to a serpentine belt on my 87 iroc 350 tpi, and i got the brackets off a 91 i believe, but my question is that ive read u need the power steering pump and alternator and water pump off the car aswell because they are reverse turning. looking at the belt diagrams i can see the reverse spinning water pump but to me i cant see needing a reverse power steering pump or alternator, is this true? because i have the aternator off the serpentine car but not the power steering pump. and ive looked at gmparts direct and cannot find a reverse power steering pump so i can assume i dont need it and my v belt one will work?

yes thanks ive seen that site, and it says u need everything off the donor car, but heres my problem i coulnt get the power steering pump off the donor car, but i look at gmparts direct and all my local parts shops and they say the other thing i need is a reverse water pump, the alternator and power steering pump are the same in a v belt, as in a serpentine. so does this mean i can use my v belt alternator and powersteering pump, cuz there in better shape. not to mention i dont have a serpentine power steering pump if there is such a difference i havent found it yet

Youhave the needed pullies? I'd compare belt routing and go from there. If everything mounts and spins correctly than you should be fine. (Pay attention to the Alt fan blades as well.)
