need help with clutch rod to clutch pedal mounting.. GM Tech, Vader...??
my clutch master cylinder rod keeps popping off my clutch pedal. That makes it pretty damn hard to drive. I've gone through several bushings, and bought 2 clips that supposedly(tho there is no provision for) go on my clutch pedal. This has confused most of houston now, and it's costing me out the you know what, both in time and money. I really don't know what to do. I'm stumped. I have another post active on this, but it doesn't seem to generate much interest. there are more details there.

anyone? so far all I can think of now that I've cooled off some is the upper mount for the pedals is loose(there is some side to side play in the clutch pedal), and that is allowing the pedal to torque over to one side, exceeding the design functions of the bushing? it's a long shot.. but.... it's all I can think of.
