Who would have this part? Dealer or discount place?

Well the stupid air diverter valve that is bolted onto the old exhaust manifold took all the old exhaust manifold threads with it. Its stuck in there and there are NO edges or anything so I could try and get it out..

Would a place like Napa or advanced autoparts have this, or would I have to go to the dealership for it??
I have the broken one taped on my new headers but i KNOW that isn't going to last long and I don't want all the exhaust going allover...

Go search for the part at the Junkers if you can bring yourself to it...

The diverter valve (made from a plastic composite) is actually mounted on a hose from the air pump. It is used to divert air to your air tubes on your exhaust manifolds or headers. Or are you referring to the EFE (Early Fuel Evaportion, made from metal) valve bolted between the manifold and y-pipe with a canister and a vacuum tap? If so anyone should have it, but as previously stated try the junkyards. It might be cheaper. Have you tried tapping it out with a mallet (note: I said mallet, as in rubber, not hammer, as in metal ), that usually does it and some penetrating lubricant.
