Smog pump making weird noise

I was on my way home last night and i noticed my car was making a strange ticking like noise. Well i looked at it this morning and i came to the conclusion that it is the smog pump making the noise. I have removed my smog equipment anyways but was wondering what my options are. How much is a smog delete pulley?

if it's ticking it probably means it's about to seize up...fix it or take it off and get a shorter belt right away, you don't want to be in a bad place when it finally goes and burns your belt off

Mine seized up on me a few weeks ago, go ahead and take it off and reroute the belt, you are going to need a longer one, not a shorter one. Here is how...
