where is the knock sensor

where is the knock sensor

I have a 91 Z28 305 TPI where is the knock sensor located.I found a sensor in the head on the passenger side.Could this be it.There is also one in the block but I believed this to be one for my fans

i am pretty sure that the first sensor to on the passenger side is the knock sensor wich is located one the heads and the second one back is the fan switch.

Transmission: sure does
The knock sensor is just above the oil pan rail, at the front of the starter on the pass. side of the block.

The fan switch is in the pass. side head.
