ticking

Engine: 355 LT1, 1.8 I4
Transmission: T56, 5spd auto
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.42(as long as no breaky)
ticking

there is this ticking noise that sounds like u takin a dime and poundin it really fast on a metal object, and it is coming from my fuel rails. I do not know if this is normal, or somtihing is bad, could someone please enlighten me?

It is more likely actually coming from the injectors, not the rails themselves. That would be completely normal. I can hear my injectors ticking away from inside the car, if I listen carefully.
