someone help point me to right direction
i just pick up a 91rs with 305 tbi. on moderate to hars aceleration the engine coughs or acts like its missing any ideas

Engine: 357 vortec finished. need tuning
Transmission: Still works
Axle/Gears: need 3.73
Need to give it a complete tune up. Who knows when the last tune up was done and a compression check on the engine.

Either a fuel problem or an ignition problem.
Since 75% of "fuel" problems are caused by the ignition, that's a good place to start.
Are you getting any trouble codes? (SES light)

i thought about the tune up just need to get more time but thanks for the help ill let you know when i find it and no there are no codes no light it does work properly just no codes thanks
