Plastic Vacuum Lines
I replaced all mine.the ones with the plastic hose fixed to the sensor I just cut them off about a 1/4 in.and slid the hose on that and used tiny tie-straps to hold it tight.

I've replaced a few of mine, too. They're nice; if you have a split in the plastic line, the rubber hose hugs the plastic pretty well, and in my case, eliminated the need for clamps. Some stores, like Pep Boys, will sell you hard plastic vacuum line by the foot. If you pick up some of the rubber fittings, usually found by the "Help!" section, or in the metal drawers, by "emissions" stuff, you can recreate everything.

Or you could go to an ace hardware store and get clear vacuum line, actually advertised as 'potable drinking water supply hose' for a little more per/foot and they have it in every size. It will never dryrot like the black rubber hose.
