Decoding my corvette engine block

Hi guys,

I found the tag on the block and would like to know the validity of the 91 corvette engine that I have. It appears as follows: V1213ZTC. There are also some smaller letters and numbers under it but I didnt have time to write them down.

Can someone send me to a block decoder or something? Can anyone decode it for me? I would just like to confirm that it is a 1991 corvette 5.7L TPI engine.

By the way I will be getting the head numbers too. Is there a decoder for that as well?

Yes it is an original 1991 Corvette 350 block. The other numbers under that set should be 6 digits. It will match the last 6 of the VIN number (numbers matching)

Just about any number stamped or cast into the block or heads can be decoded.

if they look like their aluminum I'd say they are most likely factory alum l98's.
