I'm blind or something!
I don't know how to adjust the timing on my car. (88 Firebird TBI) I've heard it is on the pssengers side, but I can't find anything that resembles anything that could change timing. Sorry for the dumb question, but I'm trying.

first unplug the EST. bypass wire (in the loom over the blower motor) should be black w tan stripe.
then start the car with your favorite timing device hooked up to the #1 wire.
aim at timing marks on damper and twist distributor until she purrs the way you like it.
