Ticking after manifold swap

I recently swapped manifolds for an Edelbrock Performer TBI. After the swap, the engine seems to be running fine. I had to adjust the TV cable, but other than that no performance problems. The engine has developed a ticking when running though. It sounds like it is coming from the passenger side, though it is hard to locate. It echos through the headers, and you can hear it in the y-pipe. The ticking gets faster with RPM's as well. Lifter? Any ideas for a solution?

Sounds like an exhaust valve that isn't sealing for whatever reason.... possibilities incluse adjusted too tight, burned, bent, seat worn down so far that the valve doesn't close all the way.
